How to book with Echo: it’s easy!
At Echo we pride ourselves on providing an easy booking process for our clients. We offer a quick and simple way to access the services of our NAATI accredited interpreters and notetakers. There’s a comprehensive guide available on our website, but we thought we’d provide an easy crash course here.
To kick things off, you’ll need to click on the bright pink “Book an Interpreter or Notetaker” button on our homepage. This will take you to a login page where you’ll need to enter your existing login details or create a new user account. We require our clients to use an account with us so we can easily keep track of bookings and simplify the booking process.
Once you’re in, click the “New Booking” button, and have a read of our terms and conditions, as well as the fees for each service we provide. When you’re ready, hit submit and we’ll give you a booking number and booking form.
This is where you provide us with all the information for the booking. We’ll need as many details as possible here, but most important are the number of interpreters or notetakers needed for the job and the address of the job. If you can, provide us with some extra information so we can ensure our interpreters are as prepared as possible for the appointment.
Once this is done, you’ll be able to see a complete overview of your bookings, as well as check their status and see in real-time when an interpreter or notetaker has been allocated to you. This page allows you to manage and monitor your bookings so you’re always in the loop with what’s going on.
Our process is quick, simple and easy, and we have dedicated support staff on hand to provide you with any booking assistance you need. You can contact our office for assistance at info@echointerpreting.com.au or on (03) 9761 2208. We’re committed to providing quick, easy and professional service to all our clients, and we take pride in offering the Deaf community access to our NAATI accredited interpreters and notetakers.
