NDIS Booking Details

Creating an Account

If you do not already have an account with Echo please email us a filled in copy of our ‘Echo Service Agreement’ with a copy of your current NDIS plan to the below email:

Interpreting Fees

Business hours (8am to 6pm) – $135.00 per hour (2 hour minimum charge)

After hours (before 8am and after 6pm) – $162.00 per hour (2 hour minimum charge)

Saturday bookings (8am to 6pm) – $162.00 per hour (2 hour minimum charge)

Sundays and public holiday bookings (8am to 6pm) – $175.50 per hour (2 hour minimum charge)

Additional 20% will be charged for Saturday After 6pm

Additional 20% will be charged for Sundays and public holiday after 6pm

Additional 10% will be charged for court bookings

All interpreting bookings are charged at a minimum of two hours. Time thereafter is charged in 15 minute increments

Cancellations

If you need to cancel please tell us immediately as you will be charged if you do not tell us a full business day before the booking date.

Bookings cancelled late will be charged in full:

• Cancelled on the same day as the booking
• Cancelled the day before the booking

If you cancel a Monday booking, on the Friday it is still charged as it is the business day

If you are not at your booking after 30 minutes and have not let us know if you are running late. The interpreter is allowed to leave, and the booking will still be charged for the full cost.

If one of two interpreters on a booking are unable to continue the booking may have to end, depending on the interpreter continuing, and Occupational Health and Safety.

Invoices

Please notify Echo Interpreting immediately if your NDIS plan changes or is suspended.

Ensuring there are enough NDIS funds to cover bookings is the responsibility of the individual making the booking. If you have insufficient NDIS funds to cover your booking, it will still be invoiced to you accordingly.

If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of the supports provided contact Echo Interpreting to discuss a solution.

All invoices are send on the Monday after the booking has finished.
